Marine Salvage Airbag

Ship launching air-bags are also known as inflatable marine airbags, roller bags, air lift bags, and salvage bags. Airbags range in size from 0.8 to 2.5m diameter, with lengths of 5.0m to 30.0m 'effective length'. Airbags are used for ship launching, haul outs, loading, and floating. They are widely used in cargo boat launching and landing, lifting and moving sunken ships, and salvaging stranded boats. Air bags have the benefit of not only saving labor and time, but investment costs. Additionally they are flexible, portable, and dependable.


Construction:
It contains outer rubber layer , inner rubber layer and with synthetic-tire-cord layers in the middle.
(The inner layer is a vulcanized bag with air inside. The synthetic-tire-cord layer protect the inner bag and enhance the air tightness.)
Other accessaries: pulling ring, value, pressure guage, and the lifting webbing with the same material, vulcanized together with the body.

it is constructed by a ship launching airbag's body and two fender's heads on two ends.

Rubber made salvage bag is proved to be a better alternative of traditional PVC made salvage bag.
1. Bigger lift capacity: the capacity is more than three times than pvc made salvage bag
2. Longer life: pvc made airbag could be easily destroyed by sharpen objects, but rubber made bag is more durable and even could be used after outlayer is broken.
